What you need to do:

Step 1: Please ensure you add your date of birth when you create a new account with us.

Step 2: Once you have confirmed your 30 & Under Membership and confirmed your date of birth, you will be able to access any available £5 seats in the relevant performance (marked with a pink star on the plan).

Step 3: You will need to bring photo ID (Passport, UK Driving License, PASS Card) to prove your age when you collect your membership from the Box Office.

Step 4: Any time you buy £5 tickets they will need to be collected in person from the Box Office once you have shown your membership card.
