The easiest way to book is via the website, simply select What’s On in our navigation bar and select the production you wish to buy tickets for. When booking through our website the system is designed not to leave any one seat stranded at the end of a row or stuck between selected seats. Whilst we appreciate that this may cause frustration where ticket availability is limited, a single seat is very likely to remain unsold whereas groups of seats in higher multiples will usually sell when available.

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am until the evening performance begins (performance days), 10am – 6pm (non-performance days) and Sunday at least 1 hour prior to performance start (closed if no performance). Please note advance bookings for future shows stop 30 minutes before a performance begins.

Due to the varying kinds of events that we present, we cannot guarantee an unrestricted view from all seats at all times. Please check when booking. 

Only one discount per ticket and only for shows with a duration of more than two nights. All subject to availability.

Over 60, unwaged, entertainment union members, children under 16yrs and students: £5 off, where it applies.

Only valid on matinees and Mon - Thu performances.

On all performances of selected productions, you can buy an unallocated Secret Seat for £10 in advance and be guaranteed a seat worth up to £40 on the night, subject to availability. If you book two Secret Seats at the same time for the same performance, we will try to seat you together. If you book more than two seats, or if you book them separately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to seat you together.

How to book Secret Seats:

•    Choose the show, date and time for the show you would like to book. When the seating plan appears, select ‘Secret Seat’ on the plan. Select the number of tickets you want to book at £10 each (maximum four per transaction).
•    Log in or create an account to purchase your tickets, choosing ‘Collect from Box Office’ as your delivery method. When your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

All you then need to do then is turn up at the Box Office any time from 6pm on the day of the performance and we will issue you with your tickets.  Please note: tickets are allocated within 24 hours of each applicable performance in order of the date of purchase.

Groups of 10 or more enjoy generous discounts on selected shows, call the Box Office for details. Schools, colleges and universities can get tickets from £15 on selected performances for groups of 10 or more and 11th teacher ticket is free for every 10 purchased.

Children under 5 will not be admitted in to the auditorium except for children’s and family shows. Tickets are not needed for babies under 18 months, all you need to do is mention this at time of booking or on your arrival at the venue and we can make a note on your booking. Prams/buggies may be stored in the foyer at the owner’s risk.

Rose Theatre Kingston Gift Vouchers are now available to purchase online or via the Box Office and can be used online, over the phone or in person. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used at the Box Office or from within your online account.
