Rhys trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. His work in theatre includes The Mousetrap and Great Expectations (West End); Rope ( Theatre Clwyd); Praxis Makes Perfect (National Theatre Wales); How the Other Half Loves (Torch Theatre); WiLd! (Tutti Frutti); and Love Steals us from Loneliness (Chippy Lane Productions).
His writing work includes BLUE (Chippy Lane Productions) and Get Ready With Me (Pentabus). Rhys is currently under commission for the Welsh National Theatre.
