We’re looking for friendly, organised, and self-motivated Ticketing Assistants to join our team for an exciting new season of productions. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our audiences—helping them book tickets, answering queries, and ensuring a great start to their experience with us.

Successful applicants need to have literate IT skills, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service, time management, and teamworking skills are essential.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays—especially over the Christmas period—is required

Deadline for applications Friday 2 October, with interviews running from the week of the 5th October.

We're looking for new Casual Technicians to join us at the Rose for our upcoming programme of original productions, touring shows, live music, comedians and community events. We are looking for skilled Technicians to work alongside our in-house team. Professional experience and working knowledge of technical skills are essential.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over. We are unable to offer work experience placements backstage at this time

We are able to offer TMA on get-outs, and get-outs are first refusal to those crew who did the get-in for that show. It is PAYE and £13 per hour. We are also able to offer National Insurance contributions and holiday accrual for casual techs. Any work after 8 hours becomes time and a half. Sundays and Bank Holidays are double pay.
