Alex Pritchett
Associate Director
Alex trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts as an actor and worked in theatre for 6 years before moving into directing. He has worked extensively with young people, beginning in China where he devised shows with youth companies across the country. He now spends most of his time in the UK developing new writing projects.
Alex has worked with the Rose Theatre Young Company for the past 2 years, where he has directed versions of Sleepy Hollow, The Great Gatsby and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, alongside multiple devised pieces.
Alex is delighted to be making his professional debut with the Rose Theatre, who have been instrumental in developing his early career, alongside such a fab creative team.
