We are able to offer tailor-made workshops for primary schools, secondary schools, further education colleges and universities.

At the heart of the Rose’s ethos is a commitment to engage young people with theatre, literature, culture and the spoken word. With one of the country’s largest community youth theatres, we have a prolific and experienced team of drama practitioners, who frequently run schools workshops both in the theatre and out at the schools.

Our approach is practical and student-led, whether we are focusing on acting techniques, classic texts, or physical theatre. We are able to enrich projects with role-play and narrative, or help with curriculum delivery in English, History or Drama. We are also able to help students with public-speaking, interview techniques and self-confidence.

We ask for a fee to cover our costs, which might vary depending on the length of the workshop and the number of facilitators required. Please call Lucy Morrell on 020 8939 4060 or email Lucy.Morrell@rosetheatre.org to discuss how we might be able to contribute.
